How long does delivery take?

The delivery time may vary depending on the product. It is usually 1 to 4 working days. If there are any delays, we will inform you immediately.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This contains a tracking link that you can use to track the status of your delivery at any time.

How does the shipping process work?

Once you have completed your order and received your payment, we will begin producing your items. Since we only produce on demand, we actively contribute to protecting the environment by avoiding overproduction.

How does the return policy work?

You have the right to return your items within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason (§ 355 BGB).
This right of withdrawal applies to all orders concluded within the framework of distance selling (Section 312g of the German Civil Code).
We only accept returns for unworn and new goods (§ 357 para. 7 BGB).

What happens if goods are defective or items are missing?

If an item is defective or part of your order is missing, please notify us before returning the item (§ 439 BGB).
Without prior notification, we cannot guarantee a full refund of the purchase price (Section 346, Paragraph 1 of the German Civil Code).

What happens if the 14-day return period is exceeded?

If the return period of 14 days has been exceeded and no extended right of return has been confirmed by us in writing, the return will automatically be sent back to you (Section 357 Paragraph 1 of the German Civil Code).
